Barrio was founded by Chef Carlos Rosas, who brings traditional Mexican cooking to The Barlow in Sebastopol. The menu is rooted in the dishes and techniques Carlos grew up with, prepared fresh each day with quality ingredients. From hand-pressed tortillas to house-made salsas, every part of the menu reflects his commitment to doing things the right way.
